Living in a busy city like London can offer us very little quality time with our loved ones. Often the frenetic nature of daily life gets in the way and we may frequently feel tired, frustrated and distracted. This urban yoga day retreat will give you the opportunity to share some mindful time with your tribe by practicing yoga together, being in nature, creating, learning from each other, listening fully and finally, relaxing together. Bliss!
12:15 Yoga time – some pair work
13:30 Lunch (picnic style – please bring vegetarian or non-vegetarian food to share)
14:15 Mindful walk – we will go out whatever the weather, so please make sure you have suitable footwear and perhaps a change of clothes. On our walk we will collect a stick to create a ‘talking stick’.
15:15 Tea break and talking stick time
15:40 Mandala creation and colouring
16:30 Restorative Yoga and yoga Nidra
17:30 Hugs and home time

1 adult and 1 ‘child’, no upper age limit. Minimum age 9 years old. If your child is younger than our ‘minimum age’ but wishes to attend just drop us a line!
Price: £80 for 1 adult + 1 child under 14
£100 for 1 adult + 1 “child” above 14.

Trains from London Bridge to Forest Hill (12 mins, then 1 min walk) or Clapham Junction (20 mins, then 1 min walk).
Lots of buses.
Public Car Park to rear of building – great for get ins.
Secure bike parking inside.
